Motorcycles
Motorcyclists are welcome in the hotel, as long as you promise to be well behaved (not that anyone else is)
Car Parking
There is parking both to the side of the hotel. If travelling on a motorcycle and you´re worried about security, (its never proven to be an issue) we can provide a security chain.
Payment of Accounts
The following credit cards are accepted: Visa,
Mastercard and Maestro. Payment can also be made by travellers cheque and cash (€uros) is always welcome.
Check In
Check in is from 14:00 hours or possibly earlier by prior arrangement.
Check Out
Please check out of your room prior to 12:00 am. Should you require to
leave your luggage longer this can be attended to at reception. Please
respect these timings as the hotel needs to service guest rooms
for arriving guests.
Valuables
The management cannot accept responsibility for guests' effects left
on the premises, but a valuable item may be deposited for safekeeping in reception
Medical
24 hour emergency medical service is available in the village.
Communications
Wireless Internet, is available in the cafeteria. (please ask a member of staff for the access code)
Laundry Service
A laundry service is available, please ask at reception.
Pets
We accept well behaved pets. Pets must not be left unattended
in the bedroom and are not allowed in the dinning room. (with exception
to guide dogs). Any damage or soiling will be charged at full cost which
the hotel has incurred.
Tourist Information
We have an extensive supply of information on places to visit and things
to do within the Picos ans surounding area. Some of this information is contained in a
book within the rooms. As as last resort the Tourist Information office
is in the cenre of the village on the main road.
Breakfast
A full or Continental Breakfast is served in the dinning room between the
following times: 8.00am - 10.00

We can cater for just about any special diet, advance warning is required
Packed and Picnic Lunch
Should you be planning a day out or a long journey, we will be happy
to provide you with a picnic lunch. |
